Crafting a genuine Stetson is never a process to be rushed. Every single hat is meticulously handcrafted in America, passing through more than 100 hands—shaping, steaming, detailing, and inspecting—to ensure legendary quality before it ever sets sail. True craftsmanship takes time, but perfection is always worth the wait.
We expect this iconic shipment to land on South African soil in November 2026.

The Acoustic

The Acoustic combines legendary Stetson quality and classic western style in one timeless package. It’s crafted from our proprietary 6X fur felt, which is prized for its durability and elegant feel, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Acoustic is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. This edition features a 4442 profile, which translates to a 4 5/8” pinch front crown and 4 1/4” brim, and it’s finished with a pick-stitch leather band and STETSON logo pin. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.
The Medalist
The Medalist features a 4 1/4” low cattleman crown and 4 1/4” medium curved brim, with a rugged leather hat band and Stetson logo hat pin. It’s crafted from our proprietary 5-Star quality fur wool blend, giving it a substantial feel designed to hold its shape come rain or shine, and, as with all hats that come out of our factory in Texas, each Medalist is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.

The Deadwood 4X exemplifies the timelessness of classic western style and Stetson’s legendary craftsmanship. Handmade in the U.S.A. from 4X quality wool felt, it stands out against any scenery with its iconic silhouette. As with all hats that come out of our Texas factory, each Deadwood is touched by more than 100 pairs of hands during production, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. It has a 4 ⅝” medium cattleman crown and a 4” medium curved brim and features a matching self-felt hatband and a traditional three-piece silver-tone buckle set. A handsewn genuine leather sweatband and full satin liner provide a time-tested fit and premium comfort.

The Brenham 4X combines classic western style and legendary quality in one timeless package. It’s crafted from 4X quality wool felt and is touched by more than 100 sets of hands during production at our factory in Texas, resulting in a hat that is designed and built to stand the test of time. It has a 4 ¼” low cattleman crown with a 4 ¼” medium curve brim and features a matching self-felt hatband with three-piece engraved silver-tone buckle set. Part of our Buffalo collection, this cowboy hat is made in the USA of high-quality, weather-resistant 4X buffalo felt. Its classic Western profile features a classic cattleman crease, a 4″ brim and a 4 5/8” regular oval crown. Additional details include a leather sweatband, satin lining, and a self-matching hat band with a three-piece silver-toned buckle set, as well as a Stetson hat box.
